Headers

The headers are homemade, with 1 3/4 inch tubing and handmade collectors. The header flanges are extra thick to help keep them from warping. Equal length was out of the question! I had to make solid motor mounts to gain extra room for the tubes. Even though they are a tight fit, I can remove them both without unbolting the engine, but the header flange bolts are fun!

I think the next set will be bolted to a set of stage II heads and position the turbos to either side of the engine. I haven't checked to see how much of a pain this will be, but it will make everything else eaiser to work with.
